The Rules Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 304 An Act                      
relating to regulation of highways and motor vehicles; and providing           
for an effective date and recommended it be replaced with                      
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 304(RLS) An Act                                        
relating to the bail or fine for an offense committed                          
in a highway work zone; and providing for an                                   
effective date.
